1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering or using the waze099 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use waze099's services. Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a mandatory requirement for accessing any service provided by waze099.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and waze099. This document should be read together with waze099's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this overall agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use waze099's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of or lawfully present in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the waze099 platform.
• Not registering in the capacity of an agent or third-party representative without prior written consent from waze099.

Waze099 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your ID card, utility bills, or any other documents deemed necessary for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one waze099 account only. Owning more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or device — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Registration Details

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card.
• Identity card number (MyKad) or valid passport.
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number.
• A valid and active email address.
• A Malaysian bank account for withdrawal purposes.

Account Information Responsibility

You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur. waze099 is not liable for any payment delays or failures resulting from outdated bank or e-wallet details provided by the member.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit

Waze099 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only via approved payment methods. All deposits must be made from a financial account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

Winnings withdrawals at waze099 are processed according to your VIP level speed. All withdrawals must be made to an account held in the same name as your waze099 account. waze099 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Bronze VIP: Within 24 hours — minimum withdrawal of RM 50
• Silver VIP: Within 12 hours — minimum withdrawal of RM 30
• Gold VIP: Within 6 hours — minimum withdrawal RM 20
• Platinum VIP: Within 2 hours — minimum withdrawal RM 20
• Diamond VIP: Within 5 minutes — minimum withdrawal RM 20

5 Bonus & Promotions

All waze099 bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The following conditions apply generally to all waze099 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be played through in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Waze099 reserves the right to void bonuses at any time if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to manipulate the bonus system.
• The VIP weekly cashback carries a 1x rollover requirement only and is credited automatically every Monday at 9:00 AM MYT.

6 Game Rules

All games on the waze099 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, table games, slots, and other games — are subject to their respective game-specific rules, available in the platform's help section. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once determined by the system or dealer.
• Any connection disruptions during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with the established disconnection policy — winnings recorded prior to the disconnection will be credited to the member.
• Waze099 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all RNG-based games. Independent audits are conducted regularly to ensure fair play.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all remaining balances.
• For Sports Betting, waze099 reserves the right to void or adjust bets where odds were published in error due to a technical fault or incorrect information.

Sports Betting — Specific Rules

Bets placed on sporting events are final once the match begins, unless the match is officially postponed or cancelled. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports matches, waze099 uses results data from recognised official data providers. Any dispute regarding match results will be resolved using the official records of the relevant sports association.

7 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your waze099 account. This includes:

• Creating a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Not sharing your login details with anyone — including family members and friends.
• Ensure you log out of your waze099 account whenever you use a public or shared device.
• Contact waze099 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the waze099 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Any form of money laundering or attempts to use the waze099 platform for illegal financial activities.
• Attempts to hack, exploit bugs, or take advantage of technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorised gain.
• Collusion or cooperation with other members or dealers to manipulate game outcomes.
• Systematic abuse of the bonus system (bonus abuse/arbitrage).
• Use of credit or debit cards transferred from a third party to fund your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

Waze099 is fully committed to responsible gaming. Our platform provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their play:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit for a specified time period.
• Session Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet limit per gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion (Cooling-Off): Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

10 Liability Limit

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to external factors such as banking or e-wallet service disruptions.

In no event shall waze099's maximum liability to any member exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Waze099 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email and in-platform notifications at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the waze099 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of those changes.
